Ditto Protective Case

I am extremely disappointed with this company. When placing my order, their address system auto-filled an incorrect address, causing my package to fail delivery. After multiple conversations with customer service, I was told to provide the correct address and pay an additional $4 to have the package reshipped. I agreed and provided the correct address, but they still sent the package to the wrong location. When I contacted customer service again, the only help they offered was a photo showing where the package had been delivered. I had to drive to that address myself and speak with the resident, who informed me they had already returned the package through USPS. I then contacted customer service to request a refund, but it has been over two weeks with no response. I never received my package, paid extra to correct an issue that should have been resolved the first time, and have been met with poor communication and a complete lack of accountability throughout the entire process.

It’s cute but Very difficult to dock, the case is too thick and docking will damage the screen if you do not have a screen protector. Also took multiple weeks to come, it didn’t say anything about being on backorder when I placed it.

I love this case. Especially paired with the ditto thumb grips. It fits nicely and looks super cute. I will say the shipping is very slow and poorly communicated.

Simply a 4/5 because whenever docked with the case on, it is very sensitive and may disconnect. Other than that, it looks perfect and feels nice.
