Pixel Shadow Grin Protective Case

I really love this case when I saw it on IG I knew I had to get it and the rest of the set. It makes my switch look sooo much better and I will be buying from this place again. The only downside of my order is how long shipping it took i believe it was around 3 weeks after ordering it I finally received it but I understand that shipping from other countries takes time. It made it worth the wait now I plan on getting my girlfriend one for her Switch 2!

I love how the case looks, initially I was excited to install it, but as I was putting it on I noticed that the grip covers are a different shape than the advertising and photos showed. The ad shows controller grips that encase the full joy-con so you can place it on a table without scratching the bottom of the handles. On the covers I received there are holes cut out here so the controllers stick out bare, defeating the purpose I bought them for. The buttons are not comfortable to use when the covers are installed because they become recessed, so you need to buy the button covers as well to extend them. The switch 2 barely fits in the dock now. Putting the switch in slightly bends the dock, which makes me nervous. Also, the case interferes with the stand so it won’t fully close unless you force it, which feels like it is damaging to the switch. I think I would like to remove the cover unless I plan to travel with it. I bought it to casually protect the switch, but the exposed back of the controllers is a real design oversight. Again, the advertising showed a different shape than what I received. I can provide photos.

Tell me why I wait 6 weeks to get my order and it all the be the wrong size every time I try and contact they they never reply horrible website

Looks really good and fits on well. However you cannot doc the switch if the case is on nor use the joystick holder. Its just too bulky so I will use it if traveling but at home it's just in a shelf now.
