Wonderful product

Everything was good quality! But I have 2 issues

1. The shell I ordered for my Switch 2 makes it difficult to safely Undock without the screen scraping up against the front of the dock's inside, i need to pull that part away from it
2. I specifically ordered Switch 2 thumbstick grips (as they were an option) and the ones I received were for a Switch 1, which means they were smaller, and hence harder to put on. But they work just fine and are very cute.
I was happy that I not only received one pair, but two! Thanks so much!
