The shipping was a lot faster than I anticipated. It had shipped June 26th and arrived July 6th. The case was well packaged. The case itself is very cute, the material is soft and comfortable to hold for long gaming sessions. The design is cleanly made and it's high quality! In addition, they gave me a free set of thumb grips that match the case :).

Looks great with the Gengar sides. Only down side is they take forever to put on. And they are super snug so it take awhile to figure it out.

love this case! ive been looking for a cute case for my switch 2 and this one is great!! the accent colors go great with my joystick caps and i love how the case is opaque so my joycon skin colors show through. the case is raised so hitting the buttons takes some getting used to. docking the switch also takes some practice, but i havent had any issues!

I hear it can scratch your screen if docked with the back cover on. So I just installed the sides and it still looks amazing. Definitely worth it.

These thumb grips are so cute and awesome! They are smooth and sturdy, and they even threw in extra Animal Crossing leaf thumb grips. I didn’t have to contact customer service for anything but I like the fact that they surprised me with the extra thumb grips. I would recommend this site to my friends, although as of the time of writing this review, they need to fix their website issues. Thank you!

Now I can easily identify my Switch dock from my brother’s! The pink and purple starry background is from an old skin I already had on my Switch and not from Caps Vortex. The transparent plastic casing with the Animal Crossing design looks great on top of that skin. As stated on my previous review on the matching protective case, I didn’t mind the about two weeks’ shipping wait time, and I love the quality of the case itself. Highly recommended!

I was a bit worried about ordering from this website because not only does the site appear to be outdated/(it’s still displaying a “New Year’s” sale during June/July…), but some of the other reviews complained of slow shipping times or poor customer service. I’m happy to report that not only did I receive my order and it was the exact one I wanted (case for regular Nintendo Switch), the quality appears to exceed expectations and the shipping wasn’t too bad. The pieces were easy to snap on, everything was there, nothing was weak or broken, and it all feels smooth to the touch. My old Switch feels brand new! Shipping time to where I live on the west coast of the U.S. took about a couple weeks from the order date, which is fine by me (personally I think we are too spoiled by Amazon Prime same-day or two-day shipping). I’m also going to review the matching thumb grips and dock cover I got for my Switch. Overall would recommend, I already ordered from here again for my new Switch 2.

I like the design, but from the top hole where you connect the charger, it doesn't go fully in, so it disconnects easily, bc I'm the type of person that plays and charges the Nintendo, but overall everything is good, I love it

I really love this case when I saw it on IG I knew I had to get it and the rest of the set. It makes my switch look sooo much better and I will be buying from this place again. The only downside of my order is how long shipping it took i believe it was around 3 weeks after ordering it I finally received it but I understand that shipping from other countries takes time. It made it worth the wait now I plan on getting my girlfriend one for her Switch 2!
